Introduce:
AWS E7016 carbon electrode with low hydrogen potassium type coating. Excellent welding performance, AC arc stability, soft arc, small splash, beautiful shape, easy slag removal, all position welding operation. The weld metal has excellent plasticity, low temperature toughness and crack resistance.
Application:
Suitable for welding of carbon steel or low alloy steel, such as 16Mn,09Mn2Si, A, B, D, E grade steel, as well as the corresponding strength grade of the vehicle, building, bridge of important structural parts welding.
Attention:
1.Lead containing electrode must be baked for 1 hours by 350℃, with the use of baking.
2.Must be cleaned before welding rust, oil, water and other impurities.
3.By short arc welding, narrow welding method.
