Applying for welding of fiber production equipment, petroleum equipment,fertilizer equipment and the
same type of stainless steel structure fibre, it's also suitable for Chromium stainless steel , clad steel and dissimilar
steel which can't be post-weld heat treatment.
Characteristic:
E316L is Ultra-low carbon Cr19Ni13Mo3 stainless steel electrode with titanic acid covering. suitable
for all position welding.Both for alternating current and direct current(AC/DC). Besides the features of arc stability,
deslagging easily, low welding spatter and fine welding appearance,the deposited metal has good heat resistance,
corrosion resistance and crack resistance.
E312-16 is a Titanium-calcium coated stainless steel electrode. It is good at heat resistance, intercrystalline corrosion resistance and anti-cracking.
It is avaible on both AC and DC. It also can be welded on any angle.

Matters needing attention:
1. Redry the electrode at 320-350ºC for 1 hour prior to use,please don't redry too much unless you can use up all of them.
2. Remove rust, oil, moisture and other impurities on the welding parts before using.
3. DC power is recommended, because the weld penetration is shallow as AC welding . To avoid of the covering redness and split , the current should not be excessive.
4. Reduce the heat input, and keep the swinging scope of the electrode is not too more.
5.Keep the preheat temperature and interpass temperature at 150ºC.
Delivery & Packaging
Delivery: 10-30 days for stainless steel welding rod after payment according to quantity or as per customer's requirement.
Packaging: carbon steel welding rod will be packaged by exporting standard cartons, vacuum packing, plastic case, or as your requirement.
