Application:
Used for welding ultra low carbon 022Cr19Ni10 stainless steel structure, can also be used for 06Cr18Ni11Ti work temperature less than 300 degrees, corrosion resistant stainless steel structure, mainly used for synthetic fiber, fertilizer, oil and other equipment manufacturing.

Matters needing attention:
1. Redry the electrode at 320-350ºC for 1 hour prior to use,please don't redry too much unless you can use up all of them.
2. Remove rust, oil, moisture and other impurities on the welding parts before using.
3. DC power is recommended, because the weld penetration is shallow as AC welding . To avoid of the covering redness and split , the current should not be excessive.
4. Reduce the heat input, and keep the swinging scope of the electrode is not too more.
5.Keep the preheat temperature and interpass temperature at 150ºC.

Packaging: carbon steel welding rod will be packaged by exporting standard cartons, vacuum packing, plastic case, or as your requirement.
